The producer/director was Darshan Phillips of Live4This in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He emailed me, telling me they especially liked my second take. But he also sent along the music bed they'd decided on, thinking it might help me understand still better what they were going for. He was right. The piano was elegant and slow, so I gave them a slow, softspoken, nostalgic interpretation they liked a lot. When I saw the classy video in black and white, I was glad I'd contributed to this one.
